They just beat the Devils, taking the lead in their division, with 10 pts.

Definitely. They're better than last year. With Crosby, Stall, Malkin and Fleury who are #1 and 2 in the draft. They've got a big chance to make it.

Like all those Buffalo fans the Pen's fans need to chill out a little bit. Believe me I would love to see Pittsburgh do something this season, but we will all see how it goes. I absolutely agree that give them a few seasons if they are able to keep some key people in addition to Crosby, malkin, and fluery, they are poised to do very well in the not so distant future, but I think once the usual power house eastern conference teams like NJ get going the Pen's won't be able to stop them. I think with Philly getting off to such a horrible start though that maybe just what the penguins needed to get back to the postseason this year which they have a chance at doing. Go Pens!

Id be shocked but the way the Flyers and Rangers are playing, maybe they have a shot. They would most likely have to win the division.

No, I don't think they will make the playoffs this year. They still have a lot of growing to do but in a few years watch out.

They will def. be close, probably a wild card. I don't see them winning the division even though I live in Pittsburgh and am a huge fan.

The Penguins will definately make a good solid run. I don't think they have enough experience to win the dvision though. If they do make it, they won't make it past the first round. I'm not hating, just being realistic.

The team they have with Malkin and Crosby is for sure to make the playoffs.

Definitely, they may even advance through the first round. Once these guys get some experience, and if they keep them together, there'll be some great years in Pitt.
