okay, me and my friends have a floor hockey team in our schools league.

we were wondering the best way to set up our lines.

its 4 on 4 hockey since our gym is small

so we have 2 super players and 2 good player and 2 okay players + our goalie
and were wondering the best way to set up the lines

we were thinking having one super line then just wing the rest or having a few equal strength lines

what would be best?

With 6 skaters, the answer to your question can be quite simple. Since you will be playing 4 on 4, you will obviously have 2 forwards, and 2 defenders. Since your gym is small, it would be best to have your 2 best offensive players, and your 2 okay players on defense. You can then have your 2 good players rotate line changes with the first line set up.

The skill will level itself out when you pair your good players with the okay players. Expect a lot of goals to be scored since your playing 4 v 4 in a small gym. This is why you need your 2 best player on offense.

2 super with 1 okay

2 good with 1 okay

make the line with the good players shut down the other line and try to put out your 'super' players against the other teams bad line.

If its not working out because the good players keep on getting sniped on even it out..

make the okay and good players stay on D while having yur super player try to stay up and score.

Try to keep your good player back at all time to stop the other team.. have your okay player jump in the rush to try and crash the net and get the garbage goals if your super player doesnt score and leave a rebound
