Question:
Canucks: what's the point of the last game really?

Even if the Canucks win the last game and win Stanely cup, it's still obvious who's the better team in the end. Whenever it's an away game, Canucks got beaten up badly. But whenever it's a home game, they won narrowly.
It looks to me Bruins is obviously the better team, and even if Canucks win the cup, it would just be a reflection of home-field advantage, not true players skills..
From an audience's point of view, it makes the last game not even worth watching.

I'm a Bruins fan, first off, but I disagree with you. Yes, I would say that if the series were one long game, the Bruins would be well ahead, but that's not how it works. The Canucks narrowly won their games at home, but they still won them and that's the point of the game.

@Atheist Canadian: Umm no. Yes Thomas is playing great, but that is not why the Bruins are winning. I mean, think about it, during those 3 games in Boston Thomas could have let up 7 goals, 3 goals, and 4 goals and they STILL would have won all those games. Lebrongo is just choking in Boston, that's why they sucked in Boston.

"a reflection of home-field advantage" is based on playing an 82 game regular season and being President's Trophy winners. That is player skill. If Boston loses based on that, then they should have tried harder during the regular season. Unseeded they ended up 8th place in the league.

Wings/ducks recreation 4. Empty internet objective by using Zetterberg is assisted by using Brett Lebda. That grew to become into one straight forward help Lebda have been given mutually as sitting on the bench. It easily grew to become into Brad Stuart who chipped the %. out, no longer Lebda. as against basically had Stuart with the help, yet everywhere else provides Lebda the help. i be attentive to issues like this do no longer likely count, yet on the instant with replays from many diverse angles, it basically looks that if somebody easily put in the attempt, then getting the basically right stats isn't that no longer straight forward. in actuality, Stuart cleared the %. up the boards to a ducks participant and he deflected it back into the zone top to Zetterberg so he probable shouldn't are transforming into to be an help anyhow. i think their grew to become into no possession however.

They are both good teams and worked their asses off just to get to this point. I do hope that Boston wins, but whoever does deserves it. I don't see how it's not worth watching at all. History is being made. If Vancouver wins it is their first Stanley Cup and will be memorable, while if Boston wins it is their first in many years. So it will also be memorable.

That's what make hockey interesting. You really don't know what to expect. I would like Vancouver to win but now I respect Boston even more so with their convincing wins. Game 7 will be very exciting I hope. Either teams deserves to win. I just hope that the goals scored are nice ones, not flukky shots that go in.*

If Vancouver wins, they DESERVE to win. They will be the better team no matter what....that's why only one team can win the Stanley Cup. Boston may have outplayed them in Boston but Game Seven decides who will be outplayed the most.

That talk goes both ways, you know.

If the Bruins were as hot as you say they are, they would be able to overcome not being at the garden, and score more Away as well.

Still, it'll be crazy to see vancouver win...being outscored like 28-7 by the time the series is over lol

Hey man....I also know Boston is the better team just like everybody else! But don't NOT WATCH GAME 7 because you don't have enough faith that the Bruins will win it?

Boston almost won the first 2games but.....it's what I call luck, and the last game Boston wasn't really focused as they would be in a game 7 elimination game....Boston is the better team and they will win it all next game....because the #1 team needs to be able to win on the road or at home

I agree ... the best team does not necessarily always win (as it relates to the eyes of the beholder).

The composite of statistics can reflect a clear cut winner that finished second.

It reads to me like you're making excuses already.

They play seven games for a reason.

If that's the case, then Boston wouldn't have been where they are today!
