Has any one heard of any Sabres trade rumors or does any one have any trades that they would like to see coming from the Sabres. (Serious answers only)

The Sabres are actually keeping kind of mum for the most part on trades right now. Some people would like to speculate that Chris Drury or Daniel Briere will be moved before the deadline due to their pending free agent status but that just ain't gonna happen if the Sabres want to make a serious run at the cup.

The Sabres also said they weren't interested in trading Martin Biron citing the fact that you need two good goalies going into the playoffs in case one goes down or struggles - Edmonton and Carolina from last year are perfect examples of meeting that requirement. However, due to injuries on the Sabres squad, they now appear willing to trade Biron if the price is right:

They may also probably have to move Drury or Briere this summer. The Flyers are taking an interest in Drury now that Forsberg is gone:

Those are the ones that I've heard of. I'm sure you'll hear more in the coming days due to the injury situation - and especially due to the fact that Kotalik's injury is worse than expected:

Sorry if you're a Sabres fan. The season was so promising at the beginning. But at least you're not a Capitals fan. Like me.

Buffalo Sabres goaltender Martin Biron replaced into traded to the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday for a 2nd-around draft %.. The Sabres then circled and won Columbus Blue Jackets' backup goalie Ty Conklin in substitute for a 5th-around %. in this 12 months's draft.

On 550 WGR in Buffalo, I have heard they may try to acquire Kevyn Adams. We have cap room due to injuries and the fact Gaustad and Afinegenov are both out until the playoffs. Biron has also been rumored to be on the trading block for a forward and a backup goalie.

They dont want to trade Biron but they might because of injuries to Maxim Afinogenov, Paul Gaustad, Jiri Novotny, Jaroslav Spacek and now Kotalik. They did decide not to, but they might have to revisit the subject do to different hurdles during the season, personally I sure hope they dont trade anyone.
